1. Collect a small metal container preferably a soda can torn in half but it could be anything. 2. Pour in some baby oil and dumb some cotton balls into the container. 3. Find a piece of metal, this may be hard to find in prison so usually the metal tables in a cell can be used or the bottom of a chair. 4. Burn the baby oil/cotton ball mix. This will allow the smoke to hit the top of the metal piece and it'll gather this ash/sud. Scrape it off during the process. 5. Place the powder into a small container like a toothbrush cap and add a few drops of baby oil and shampoo. Mix it up and it should be ink.
I know this process may seem longer but it's more realistic than using pen ink which won't stay in the skin and give you an infection...
